Day 1

CHAPTER 20.3 and 20.4 Test on DAY 2!
1.  Finish Amistad: get out viewer's guide
2.  Fill in Columbian Exchange C&E chart (Ch 20)
3.  Find "World Map" in geography under World History shared documents
4.  Look at your last week's dinner menu and create a key to organize each food region.  (examples: All foods that originated in Africa label red)
5.  When you are done put the correct food item on the map where it originated.
6.  You need a blank notablility labeled Columbian Exchange and divided into 4 quadrants labeled:  disease, animals, plants, people.
